Call-In/Out Information:  All contestants will be entered in the events chosen on the mandatory call-in form you previously filled out.  You only need to do computer call-in if you need to make changes to the events chosen or to call out of the rodeo if you are unable to attend.  Exception:  NEW Contestants that have not been to a rodeo yet must call in and Contestants needing draw partners for ribbon roping or team roping must call in to request a draw partner.  It is still first come first serve per rule book – because there are only a limited number of possible draw partners only a limited number of contestants will receive a partner.  Reminder:  each child is only allowed 3 draws per season.

 

Computer Call-In will be Monday, February 27, 2012 from 6 pm to 8 pm. Computer Call-in/Call-out Link will be available on call-in day and late call-in day.  Late call-in/call-out will be accepted on Thursday night only, March 1, 2012 from 6 pm to 8 pm. There is a late call-in/call-out fee of $10 due for any late call-ins. No entries will be taken after 8 pm on Thursday, March 1, 2012. Event Entry Fees will be paid at Rodeo Check-In. Fees are $10 one time office fee per rodeo plus $20 per event entered except bulls are $35. All Fees are payable in cash only, small bills only – no 50’s or 100’s please (no exceptions).  NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

 

Rodeo Directions: 1862 Adolph Whitaker Road, Bonifay, FL 32425

From Montgomery – take Hwy 231 South to Troy turn onto Hwy 87 South for 7-8 miles stay left onto Hwy 167 to Enterprise – Hwy 167 turns left – continue for about 4 miles and hwy 167 turns left.  Continue on hwy 167 until you get into Florida – it then becomes Florida Hwy 79 go about 9 miles and turn right onto Hoovers Mill Road – it dead ends at Adolph Whitaker Road and arena is directly across from dead end.

From Bonifay – take Florida Hwy 97 North – turn left onto Hoovers Mill Road – it dead ends at Adolph Whitaker Road and arena is directly across from dead end.

 

Hookups & Stall Information:  No hookups and no stalls.

 

Concessions:  Concessions will be available on Saturday and Sunday for AJRA rodeo.

 

Admission: $5 per person, ages 6 and under free. Contestant and one person allowed free admission to rodeo. Contestant must accompany individual for free gate admission or individual will pay admission charge.
